Job Details

The House Exchange Coordinator will provide an efficient service to landlord and tenant customers as well as marketing support. You'll be responsible for delivering customer research, analysis and insights for the House Exchange team. You'll also be tasked with supporting the delivery of technical developments and arranging events and conferences.

Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Deal with enquiries from customers and participating landlords: provide effective, courteous responses to customer enquiries whether in writing, by telephone/e-mail or in person referring matters to the Senior Partnership Manager as appropriate.
  • Arrange Conference, product demonstrations & Meetings: organising demonstrations & events, book venues, organise catering, prepare agendas, collate and distribute papers, type minutes, record attendance and assist with presentation of documents.
  • Promote and market House Exchange; supporting the activity of the New Business Initiatives Manager by making follow-up calls to potential customers, undertaking mail-outs and e-marketing campaigns and other promotional activity including attendance at events and exhibitions as appropriate.

You will need to be self-motivated with great interpersonal and organisational skills and be credible and comfortable dealing with people across all levels of an organisation. You will need to be a clear and compelling communicator with strong listening skills and a great attention to detail.

You will be proactive and personable in nature with excellent communication skills, particularly face to face, and possess a genuine desire to make a difference. You'll enjoy working within a team but still work on your own initiative.
