The role

Are you a people person with the ability to build and sustain working relationships with your fellow colleagues? Do you have experience of managing multi use buildings?

I have an excellent opportunity currently looking to recruit a Facilities Officer, you will support our Communities & Centre's Manager with the management of all of our community facilities. There are 9 buildings in total covering a wide geographical area, therefore this role will require extensive travel however we can be flexible if you do not hold a driving license and a vehicle.

You will manage contractors so you must be firm and robust ready to challenge where necessary. You will also manage service contracts and be comfortable building relationships with our tenants.

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience of risk assessments and a good knowledge of Health & Safety with excellent time management.
