We’re looking for a Housing Administrator/Receptionist with energy, experience – and a strong sense of purpose to support in our Kensington office.

This is an extremely important position as you will be responsible for delivering an excellent first impression for the company, so a well presented, warm and friendly Receptionist with a confident and professional manner is essential. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to residents as well as coming up with effective solutions to complex customer queries in a fast-paced and often unpredictable environment. The role will expect you to be friendly and courteous to customers demonstrating empathy; able to work across teams to build effective working relationships and provide a high quality administrative support service.  You will also be expected to attain full knowledge of Catalyst services. Office administration duties will include supporting the office manager, invoice management, ensuring the office has all necessary supplies and managing day to day office maintenance.

You will be able to demonstrate customer service and administration experience and understand the importance of excellent customer service delivered with empathy and team work. Excellent time management and communication skills are also key to this role. This role is subject to a basic DBS check.
