Orbit is seeking an exceptional candidate for the post of Sales Manager, to lead and drive a high performing Site Sales team.

Based across the Midlands, the East and the South East, Orbit is already one of the UK's leading housing associations. The aim of this role is to ensure all Site Sales Marketing Suites are set up successfully and efficiently for developments situated in Kent, Sussex and Surrey. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the performance of the Site Sales Consultants and Field Sales Consultants, to make sure set targets are achieved in line with Orbit's business plan.

With developments located across the Southern region, you will oversee your set developments, ensuring that sales prices are maximised, sales rate maintained and where possible improved upon ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered by your team throughout the sales process. Reporting into the Sales Director, your team and the Internal Marketing team will design the scheme brochures and ensure marketing plans are accurate and completed on time.

This role requires someone who has previous experience in New Homes Property Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets of single or multiple schemes and preferably at a managerial level. We are looking for someone who has knowledge of the sales process from initial customer point of contact to completion. We are seeking a confident and dynamic individual who is organised, approachable and enthusiastic about Property Sales.
