Home Ownership Service team is looking for a project officer to join our exciting new structure. We are taking a digital transformation approach in mapping our customers’ journey and you will be a key member within the team.  You will be first point of contact to ensure that an excellent standard of customer service is delivered at all times. You will work in a busy and friendly team and will be flexible and work collaborative as a colleague and willing to support others through peak periods.

Key responsibilities include:

• Take the lead on all IT projects and ensure they delivered in line with business needs
• Maintaining an excellent level of customer service and keep users updated at all times
• Take pro-active approach when dealing with projects, using problem solving skills
• Build excellent working relationships with colleagues and the organisation

You will be required to work the occasional evening or weekend.
