We're pursuing an ambitious programme of work to transform our digital channels and we need an experienced Digital Product Manager to help deliver our digital road-map.

You'll join a fast-paced team and report to the Senior Digital Product Manager. Working in partnership with specialist agencies you'll help design best-of-breed services and experiences.

On a day-to-day basis you will split your time between our HQ in London Bridge and our agency partner's offices. You will work with internal stakeholders to understand and prioritise both customer and business needs. We're looking for a self-starter with outstanding communication skills. Someone who is capable of operating in a lean team with limited supervision. You'll be customer focused, technology literate, and collaborative in approach.

Familiarity with agile design and delivery methodologies is a must. You'll also need to show experience of stakeholder engagement and customer research. The ability to navigate and deliver a complex and innovative project will be vital.

If you have experience of large-scale research projects involving user engagement and technical discovery, we look forward to hearing from you!
