Person Specification
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant degree or professional qualification.
- Leadership experience within a scalable, asset owning and developing organisation; this could be the housing sector or a business which has similar challenges.
- Demonstrable track record in the management of significant budgets/operations within tight financial circumstances and/or competing priorities.
- Experience of effectively managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic business and customer focused outcomes in a modern organisation.
- Significant experience of contributing to and influencing the strategic leadership of a sizable organisation, evidencing corporate achievements and inspirational leadership.
- Significant commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to provide inspirational leadership and ensure buy in to the vision, values and strategy.
- Proven success of leading and driving transformation through strong project management principles within a complex organisation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, candidates must be credible with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and partners.
