• We established Celtic Horizons, our unique wholly-owned subsidiary in partnership with Mears Ltd to look after our asset management in the first agreement of its kind in Wales.
• We have also entered into private placements with leading financial institutions to help us continue to provide the high quality homes needed by so many people in South Wales.
• We work closely with a range of partners including local and national government and currently deliver services including Wellbeing programmes for the NHS.
• We have an ambitious build programme with plans to create 1,400 homes over the next five years
• We have also helped to create libraries, health centres and community centres.

Our people are also incredibly important to us, without them we could not innovate and provide our breadth of services with customers at the heart of all we do.

We hold IIP Gold and are the first Welsh housing association to be awarded the Institute of Customer Service’s ServiceMark.
