Poplar HARCA is an award winning Housing and Regeneration Community Association in East London, located between the financial centre of Canary Wharf and the commercial and cultural hub of the Olympic Park and Stratford.

At the heart of the largest area regeneration in Europe, Poplar’s population set to double in the next 10 years. With our partners, we are leading an extensive place-shaping programme for Poplar, attracting £2.5 billion investment to regenerate, build and create opportunities.  We are building new homes, health, education and commercial facilities and community space and securing vital transport infrastructure.

Named ‘Outstanding Landlord of the Year 2015’ and ‘Social Landlord of the Year 2017’, 79% of our staff are proud to work for Poplar HARCA and our Resident Satisfaction rates stand at 80%. We were the first Housing Association to pay the London Living Wage and have been placed top four in Inside Housing’s Innovation Index two years running.
