Local Space is a growing and dynamic HA of c 2000 homes based in East London and Essex. We have embarked on a new growth era with 800+ homes to be produced by 2020 from a mix of off the shelf purchases and new build development.
We were established in 2006 and have a unique approach to providing affordable homes at market rent, through a highly effective programme of purchase and repair, predominantly in the London Borough of Newham. Our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do, and as a registered not for profit charity, we are proud of the role we play in the neighbourhood regeneration.

You will be based at our head offices on the Romford Road in Stratford, London, which is home to 25 staff. We are located nearby the Olympic Park, Westfield Shopping Centre and situated at a transport hub serving London, the Docklands and Essex.
Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support and assistance to the Asset Management Team. You will be dealing with repair ordering, invoicing and assisting in preparing reports for performance monitoring. There will also be an involvement in assisting with issues of Landlord Compliance as the department grows, whilst providing some support to some corporate procedures within the Operations Department.
