Financial Controller
Plymouth Community Homes has exciting plans for the next five years. Our vision is to be a leading, growing, independent housing association with a clear social purpose, delivering homes and services to all our residents.
We have an opportunity for a full time Financial Controller that has arisen in our Finance Team.
Do you have experience of leading and managing financial accounting and subsidiary teams, setting rents and service charges and applying skills to our commercial acitvities? Are you looking for a new challenge that will stretch your professional skills in a not for profit business?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who gets on well with people and can ensure that their teams are effective in delivering efficient core financial business functions as well as statutory compliance across all corporate entities including tax, banking and regulation. Commercial and property experience is highly desirable as is an openness to technological advancements. .
The successful candidate will be a CCAB or CIMA qualified accountant with good intepersonal skills
