Customer Service Advisor

Full Time 35 Hours per week                                                                         

To provide customer service and administrative support to Mount Green’s housing management and corporate functions. This will include being the first point of contact for our customers and offering a one stop service and working closely with other colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of service and prevent complaint escalation. This role will also offer specialist administrative support to our Maintenance team.
