We are currently recruiting an Assessment Co-ordinator to be based in Raleigh House, Nottingham for 16 hours per week.
You will agree working patterns locally to support the Talent Acquisition Partner, liaising with applicants and hiring managers, screening candidates and coordinating events to appoint suitable new talent for the short, medium and long term business requirements.
Delivering optimal selection and other recruitment related services to Hiring Managers and their respective projects, sites and customers.
Key experience and qualifications
Experience of in house assessment centre co-ordination and administration
Experience of recruitment database administration and candidate record management
Significant knowledge of data protection and employment legislation as it relates to recruitment
Experience of candidate and hiring manager communication and co-ordination
