Property Development Manager
Based in Hove, with travel across Sussex required

Fixed term contract for 1 year
£45,000 per annum (pro-rata)

YMCA DownsLink Group is a supported housing provider with around 600 units of shared and self-contained accommodation within around 80 properties, across East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey, and we are continuing to grow our stock base.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Development Manager to join our established and well known charity whose mission is to support young people to Belong, Contribute and Thrive.

YMCA DownLink Group has an increasing development pipeline, with projects in Brighton and Hove and West Sussex and more on the horizon.

We are looking to recruit somebody who is able to maximise our development opportunities and deliver high quality accommodation for young people.  You will have a comprehensive understanding of development within a Registered Provider, Homes England grant funding and extensive experience of bringing development opportunities through to a viable project, ensuring delivery on time and budget.

You will need to be flexible and adaptable and able to work autonomously. Will need access to your own transport, and be willing to travel across East and West Sussex.

The position comes with excellent benefits, including 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), a life assurance policy of 2x your annual salary, and an interest free bike loan. Please download a job pack for more information about other benefits offered.

If you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, and are looking for a rewarding role with a commitment to transforming local communities, then we would love to hear from you.

YMCA DownsLink Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
