As our Customer Insights Officer you will undertake customer survey process including design, surveying, analysis, reporting and follow up recording, surveys include satisfaction surveys for all of our core services as well as ad hoc project work. You will be required to work with the Performance Manager to help develop and improve the quality and efficiency of the survey service. There will also be a requirement to contribute to the development of A2D systems, tools and methodologies. There will be a need to undertake advanced analysis and reporting for improved customer insight. Working with our residents is key so you will be required to design, plan and facilitate activities to gather resident’s feedback face to face.

To be successful you will have experience of working in a customer service environment handling high volumes of both outbound and inbound calls. You will be able to record information accurately, and have excellent attention to detail. You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to remain calm. You will need to be numerically confident with good analytical skills, with the ability to spot trends and interpret data. You must be proficient using Microsoft packages including Word and excel and have a flexible approach to work
