Care & Support Worker - Bank
If you are seeking flexible working patterns and have a passion for providing excellent care Metropolitan is keen to talk to you. We are currently looking to expand their Bank pool of Care and Support staff in the Teddington. The role will involve working with complex learning difficulties clients. . If you have experience within the sector and looking for additional hours then this role would be ideal.
Working hours are on a Bank basis so flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service, The service currently has 8 customers with learning difficulties and each have individual care plans. The purpose of your role will be to provide care to these customers. There will be a requirement of personal care by our customers as well which you will provide with dignity. You will work flexibly to ensure our customers` needs are met while maximising independence, choice, dignity, privacy and well-being
To be successful in the role previous experience is not essential, but we are seeking individuals that can provide a caring and supportive service to our customers with dignity. You will demonstrate you understand what good care looks like that is appropriate to the age, gender, disability, race, religion and sexuality of the customer to improve their quality of life and independence
In return we offer competitive salary, training on site, paid DBS, pension scheme. Salary £7.76 / hour + holiday pay
