This is a generic housing management role in the supported housing sector. The job involves considering referrals, signing up new tenants, ensuring tenancy conditions are met and enforced, management of rent accounts and arrears, advice on Housing Benefit, voids’ management, property inspections and liaison with support staff and our housing partners, including Registered Providers.
You will be a self-starter, working with a vulnerable client group to deliver first class housing services. In return we offer a friendly and supportive environment with scope for your own professional development.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have a relevant housing qualification and experience of working in the housing sector, plus a good understanding of supported housing.
A full driving licence and use of a car are essential.
