Metworks is the in-house repairs and maintenance team for Metropolitan who has been providing affordable Housing & Care Support in the UK for over 65 years.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join the team in the London area.
Within this role, you will undertake plumbing and associated work. As you will be working in the homes of our residents, you will have excellent communication skills as well as provide high quality `right first time building services.
To enable you to join us you will ideally be experienced in working within a local authority environment, be NVQ 3 qualified or equivalent.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
-Repairing leaks, replacing bathroom/kitchen taps, mixer showers.
-Renewing waste pipes, syphons, inlet valves, baths/sinks/basins, bath panels, pumps, tiling.
-Complete bathroom replacements, radiator replacements/TRV`s

You will need a full driving license and will be provided with your own Metworks van for working hours.
