The Role
Are you looking for a new & exciting role that offers variation in property services?

Then look no further! Orbit has a great opportunity for an experienced Business Improvement Consultant to join our team to support delivery of their 'Shaping our Future' transformation programme. They need a dynamic individual who will play a key role in delivering systems and processes improvement projects within our Property Services directorate enabling the business to deliver key improvement projects.
You will be a natural project manager with knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of lean and continuous improvement thinking.

About you
The Business Improvement Consultants play a key role in delivering performance improvement outcomes. Working along side 5 Business Improvement Consultants your core directorate will be as a business partner to property service team. You will be responsible for providing facilitation, coaching and training to managers and staff in lean and continuous improvement techniques including end to end process mapping, identifying value and waste and driving process efficiencies.
As an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual you will be able to influence, challenge and relate to staff at all levels to develop new ways of working.
This role would suit you if you are ready for a challenge, a strong communicator, self motivated with experience of improving the customer experience by continuous improvement, in a similar role. Your project work will also involve travel to Orbit offices within the Midlands and therefore the role offers flexible working location's with occasional options to work from home.
