Property Service Manager

Salary: £53,000 pa

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Services Manager to lead and manage our team of administrative and technical staff and ensure the delivery of Wandle’s mechanical, electrical, other building risk and compliance related programmes projects and services to Wandle residents. The successful candidate will also be accountable for the division’s capital and revenue budget.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Professional qualification e.g. CIBSE, RICS or equivalent membership, educated to Degree level, preferably B.Eng in Building Services or similar or can demonstrate equivalent relevant experience with a minimum of an HNC in a related subject
  • Strong and evidential track record and knowledge of property services and relevant engineering related activity including financial management and administration of contracts
  • Experience of planning and managing projects, services and budgets, preferably within a social housing setting
  • Knowledge of legislation, regulations and good practice relevant to the social housing sector
  • People management skills
