Do you love Housing?  Are you interested in what Housing Providers do?  Do you have great customer service and problem-solving skills? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced and target driven environment?

If you are ready for a new role that will be equally challenging and rewarding, then come and join us at bpha.  We are a fast moving, ambitious housing organisation with over 18,000 (and growing) properties across the Oxford to Cambridge corridor and are uniquely positioned to grow and contribute to real change within the housing sector.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Home Processing Coordinator to join our busy Home Processing Team.  Reporting to the Home Processing Manager you will play a key role in providing a pro-active approach to managing empty homes, the on-boarding of new customers, sundry debts as well as undertaking essential administrative tasks to support Home Agents.

You will be experienced in providing an administrative service and allocating social housing.  You must be highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload in a reactive environment.  You will possess strong analytical and reporting skills.  You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be proactive and committed to constantly improving the services we provide to our colleagues and customers.  You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with people, and be committed to providing good quality, clear information to both internal and external stakeholders.  You will also have a good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

In return we can offer a competitive salary, 28 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing with service, contributory pension, medical cover, reduced gym membership, lifestyle rewards, canteen and a modern working environment.

The closing date for this role is 3rd June 2018.

Interviews will be held week commencing 11 June 2018.
