6 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for two organised and dedicated Repairs and Maintenance Support Officers to join the Housing repairs team. In a nutshell, this role will involve you working in conjunction with Clarion's Customer Contact Centre to ensure the consistent delivery of Clarion's repairs service including the correct diagnosis of repairs and appointment of repairs in accordance with Clarion's policy and procedures.
With excellent IT skills, including experience of Excel, you'll provide admin support to the team and help provide reports on performance, activity analysis and expenditure.
As a key member of our team, you'll be organised and methodical, and able to work on your own, you'll be responsible for monitoring and managing the performance and on site progress of our contractors; ensuring works are delivered to the required quality standard, on time and to budget.
You'll need an understanding of the repairs and maintenance function within the housing sector and the regulatory and statutory requirements associated with it. Experienced and proficient in operating IT systems, you'll support the maintenance and provision of comprehensive and up to date information, including records of assets and risks.
