We are currently recruiting for a range of positions offering full time, part time, permanent, temporary and zero hour contracts. Our team are there 24/7 to handle queries and requests from our customers enabling vulnerable people both young and old, to live safely, happily and independently in their home.
With day, evening and night shifts available you'll receive one to one training and on-going support working in our modern offices as part of a bright and enthusiastic team with lots of personality.
You'll ensure emergency calls are dealt with in a professional, calm and understanding manner and liaise with others to provide a first class response service. Able to prioritise your work and manage deadlines you'll also work to agreed procedures and take action as required.
