Are you looking for a new & exciting challenge in the housing industry?

Orbit has a fantastic opportunity to join the Rents Compliance department as a Rents Compliance Officer. This role is pivotal to setting rent value and provides assurance on the integrity of our rent levels. You will review activity to meet the organisation's statutory, regulatory and policy standards.

We are looking for a strong team player to form part of our small and friendly team. You will possess good working knowledge of legislation and regulation relating to rent setting and experience of compiling and analysing statistical data. To be a good fit to this role we require excellent numeracy and literacy skills with a methodical approach to work. Good attention to detail and accuracy is also a key attribute to fulfil the demands to this post.
