Business Systems Specialist (CRM)

Bedford Full-time

Circa £40,000 + excellent benefits package

If you are ready for a new role that will be equally challenging and rewarding, then come and join us at bpha.  We are a fast moving, ambitious housing organisation with over 18,000 (and growing) properties across the Oxford to Cambridge corridor and are uniquely positioned to grow and contribute to real change within the housing sector.

Following the recent implementation of a new CRM system within our Property Sales function (Microsoft Dynamics), and ahead of the future rollout across the entire organisation, a vacancy has arisen for a Business Systems Specialist. Primarily focused on CRM, but also working across the entire suite of line of business applications, you would be joining the IT directorate during an exciting period of IT-led transformational change. Your role would be a varied one, combining implementation, development and enhancement of line of business applications, with 3rd line application support.

You will be a fast learning, analytical problem solver with excellent communication skills, who is comfortable working on multiple projects and tasks in parallel. You will ideally have experience of being the technical lead on application projects, having previously provided second or third line application support, and will hold a numerate degree.  Dynamics CRM experience is essential.

In return we can offer a competitive salary, 28 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing with service, contributory pension, medical cover, reduced gym membership, lifestyle rewards, canteen and a modern working environment.

The closing date for this role is 11 June 2018.

First stage phone interviews will be held 13 June onwards and second stage interviews will be held week commencing 25 June 2018.
