Customer Access Officer
We are looking for an Customer Access Officer to join our team, the role is within The Customer Access Team, dealing with all first point of contact enquiries via telephone, email and face to face.
To be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, provide support and advice to customers on all aspects of our services and to deliver this service within the required standards. To provide feedback with recommendations to Line Manager on identified improvements which positively influence the customer experience. To carry out any other duties as deemed appropriate to deliver outstanding customer service.
You will need to have customer service experience and ideally experience within the housing sector. but this is not essential. What is essential is that you are motivated and have strong communication skills and are committed to providing an excellent level of service to our customers.
