We provide affordable, private and social rented homes, student, NHS and temporary accommodation, as well as supported housing and homes for older people. We also offer high-quality sustainable homes for sale and shared ownership, available through our FABRICA by A2Dominion brand. Whilst we take a commercial approach to housebuilding, all of the surpluses the Group generates are reinvested into supporting our social purpose, helping to deliver more homes and services for customers.

As part of the Contact Centre department, you will be the first point of contact in providing outstanding customer service to a diverse range of our customers and residents, over the phone and by email. In this varied role you’ll be providing advice and assistance on a range of housing queries and booking repairs, so excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential.
You will have previous customer service experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with an adaptable and proactive approach to work. You will have the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Our focus is on providing a great service. No previous housing experience or knowledge is necessary – we’ll you all that stuff!
The shift times will vary between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. If you are an ambitious individual who feels that you can add real value to our team please submit your application.
