We are looking for an exceptional candidate to provide leadership and direction. You will be part of our Repairs Team, ensuring delivery of Commerciality and Contract compliance.

The overall purpose of the Head of Commercial and Contracts role is to ensure financial viability, contract compliance, performance management and continuous improvement is part of what our repairs team delivers on a daily basis. You will be a key member of Plus Dane’s senior management team supporting them by ensuring reporting mechanisms are in place and will contribute to the successful implementation of strategies and ensure a continued high level of performance across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of supporting operational delivery of a range of work streams. We are looking for someone who can support operational heads of service and mangers with budgeting and meeting financial targets and help with the production and analysis of management information to help drive excellent customer service. We aim to ensure that maximum value for money is delivered and the successful candidate would be at the forefront of this. The role would provide support and challenge and would be critical in helping the team transform the way repairs and planned works are delivered to our customers.

The successful candidate should have a financial, operational or performance management background.

The Repairs Team sits with the Neighbourhood Services Directorate and the role provides a great opportunity to really strengthen our front-line services to tenants.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Housing Association that is committed to providing great services to its tenants and maintaining a strong social purpose.  Plus Dane has gone through significant change over the last three years and these changes have been recognised by the Regulator and our recent regrade to G1 and V1.
