We have a permanent opportunity for someone to work as part of the Neighbourhood Services Team. You will provide a comprehensive housing management service to our residents, supporting them to maintain their tenancies.
You will be responsible for a broad range of duties including viewing and letting properties with prospective tenants, developing neighbourhood improvements and enforcement of tenancy conditions. You will also be dealing with nuisance / anti-social behaviour and representing the organisation at external and resident meetings as appropriate.
This is a challenging role requiring a proven track record of neighbourhood and tenancy management, coupled with the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
We are looking for self-motivation, commitment and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The ability to work some evenings and weekends as required is essential.
This post is also subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
