Full Time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Circa £23,000 plus benefits package and £2000 car allowance

As New Homes Officer you will play a crucial part in the bpha customer experience of moving into a new home.

You will be responsible for managing newly built homes after they have handed over by the builder until they are occupied by our customers or sold, making sure they are secure, clean and any defects at handover are rectified.

You will provide new home demonstrations to customers on how to operate and manage their new home and assist the Customer Care Manager deliver the ‘after sales’ service.

You will work closely with colleagues in Sales and Home, residents and our constructor partners to ensure that defects that may become apparent once customers have moved in are quickly attended to.
