Supported Housing Specialist

As part of a continued focus and development and shaping our customer services and improving our operational teams, we are looking for a Supported Housing Specialist (1 Post) to join our Wellbeing team - Supported.
Reporting to the Supported Housing Team Leader, you will deliver a specialist Supported Housing / Wellbeing service to all our vulnerable customers across the organisation working collaboratively with our Neighbourhoods Teams to ensure a high level of customer service.
You will be accountable for a portfolio of supported housing services such as: supported housing and managing agents, wellbeing projects, intensive housing management, compliance of individual schemes and social value. You will develop and deliver bespoke supported housing /wellbeing services to individual neighbourhoods based on the neighbourhood plans, whilst working with partner agents to ensure that all housing management issues are dealt with in a professional manner and ensure that management agreement responsibilities are met by partner agents and our organisation.
Working collaboratively with colleagues in our Neighbourhoods, you will contribute to the neighbourhood plans and work to achieve targets as set in each neighbourhood, reporting any variants and you will ensure all voids, lettings and housing management issues are dealt with effectively taking ownership of any issues within the schemes/ projects. You will monitor all compliance issues on individual schemes, where you will provide a comprehensive tenancy management service which includes voids, lettings. Allocations, ASB and carry out visits to customers in arrears when required to support the actions of the income management team.
It is essential that you have experience of working within the housing sector and also you are educated to GCSE Level or equivalent. You should have experience / knowledge of regulatory requirements in a housing context including compliance and of partnership working, to deliver supported housing / wellbeing services.
This post will be based in Bolton and will cover the Lancashire region.
