The role

The Community Investment team are part of the Housing Services Directorate and are responsible for ensuring that the Group takes a proactive approach to resident consultation, involvement and development.

As our Employment & Enterprise Administrator you will be part of a dynamic team which supports residents fulfill their potential through training, employment or starting up their own businesses. You will be responsible for our life-changing bursary programme, which supports our young people as well as managing finances and providing support to the team.

You will be expected to lead our bursary programme, supporting 14-24 year olds stay in education, employment or training. You will be expected to provide administrative support around the budget for the team, which includes processing invoices, purchase orders reconciling monthly reports.

To be successful you will have budget management and strong administrative skills. You must be organised and able to prioritise your work and work under pressure. You must also have excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
