Notting Hill Genesis has a fantastic opening for a Customer Care Manager to join the Responsive Repairs team. This is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis as we enter a period of change following our recent merger. This exciting role is at the forefront of improving the repairs service provided to Notting Hill Genesis customer located across multiple London areas. Reporting into the Head of Responsive Repairs, you will come up with strategic solutions to reduce complaints and improve customer satisfaction. The Customer Care Manager will play an influential part in the Event Management team when larger scale events have taken place.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate experience of working in a customer facing environment. You will come from a background of working in a high volume transactional business with a detailed knowledge of the processes and practices of repairs. This role requires someone who can provide strategic ideas to the business and be an influential figure to the team to ensure the service continues to improve and develop. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and the relationship management skills necessary to develop and maintain effective partnerships at a senior level internally and externally to the organisation.
