Our customer services team, OneCall, is currently looking for people to join their busy team.  Helping us to give excellent and comprehensive service to all our customers you will be dealing with numerous queries on a daily basis, ranging from repairs issues to housing needs.

You will need excellent communication and customer care skills, combined with the ability to empathise with people and work well in a busy environment.

Can you remain calm and organised whilst dealing confidently with sometimes difficult situations?  If so then we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

To respond to, action and manage all front-line telephone calls and other requests for information and assistance from bpha's residents, contractors and others in order to provide an excellent customer service.

To accurately record all customer contacts and actions, to build an accurate and up to date customer contact history.
