We pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of housing services to our local community, and in this new role you will be at the forefront of these services. You will oversee our customer services, housing management, estate management, lettings and allocations, tenants’ involvement, our customer complaints and other key areas within housing services and work closely with the Assistant Director of Housing Management and Responsive Repairs.
You will formulate and manage effective contacts and relationships to deliver these objectives and work effectively with the Board to achieve on these outcomes. Your rigorous fact based approach will meet the needs of your tenants and you will have exceptional communication skills at all levels to converse with a wide range of audiences.
You will already have significant experience as a middle or senior manager in housing and the sector, be a member of the CIH, be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and be aware of policy and legislation and housing regulations. Most of all you will be an intuitive, forward thinking individual looking for their next step up towards a rewarding career.
