In this front-line role, you will be the face of SARH and engage with our communities daily. Working across income, allocations and housing management, our technology will support you to make every contact count with our customers.
The Homes Advisors deliver comprehensive and proactive housing services to customers with a high level of presence and visibility on our estates, and work in partnership with partners and agencies.
You will support our customers with housing-related queries such as neighbourhood disputes, explaining tenancy rights and rental enquiries. You will also support customers to apply for eligible benefits to maximise their income.
