Customer Experience Manager
The Clyde Valley Group through its Association and Subsidiary owns and manages more than 7,000 homes across Lanarkshire and East Dunbartonshire.
We provide a range of homes for rent or sale on behalf of people with a wide range of housing needs at prices which people can afford. In addition, we are also delivering one of the largest development programmes in the Scottish affordable housing sector.

Last year we appointed our Customer Services Director and now seek to supplement our structure with a Customer Experience Manager. Reporting directly to the Customer Services Director, you will be responsible for the Tenancy Sustainment Team and Factoring Team and lead on the development and implementation of innovative customer insight and engagement strategies. You will be required to build highly effective and productive relationships and be an active member of the Management Team.
