Income Officer (Full Time)

We have a permanent opportunity for someone to work as part of the Income Services Team on a full-time basis. You will provide high quality advice and be able to demonstrate a high level of competence in debt and arrears recovery casework.
You will need to have knowledge of Welfare Reform and issues facing residents.
We are looking for a self-motivated, positive person with a can-do attitude and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting challenging arrears and rent collection targets as well as contributing to the wider work of the Income Team.
The role involves dealing with customers over the phone and face to face including home visits. The ability to work some evenings and weekends as required is essential.
The success of this role will be measured against predetermined performance indicators. This is a job that needs doing and needs doing well.
