The role
You will be responsible for managing the Powercurve project, a new complete collections system for customer insight and income collection. The system uses internal and external data to improve customer insight and drive an integrated decision engine and tailored collections pathways. This will help Metropolitan to mitigate the risk of Universal Credit and help customer transition. This system project includes the design and implementation of a new software system, and integration with other Metropolitan systems.

The role will be based in Nottingham sitting within the Transformation team with travel to other Metropolitan Offices. They will work closely the Income team and other key stakeholders to ensure the planning, implementation and roll out of Powercurve is delivered effectively.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, driven and well organised. The individual must be methodical and used to managing and prioritising their workload. The successful candidate will have strong experience with technical and also business change projects, experience with the Powercurve system or other income collection software systems is desirable.

Skills and experience you need
-Ability to demonstrate experience of managing projects
-Comprehensive understanding of service delivery processes
-Proven ability to interpret data and provide appropriate insight
-Excellent communication skills, having proven ability to engage all managerial levels
-Proven experience of working in line with a Service Improvement Framework
-Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
-Proven ability to work on your own initiative and make critical decisions quickly and rationally
-Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines whilst providing accurate work with a high attention to detail
-Ability to write and analyse reports and identify trends to support decision making
-Flexible availability to support the needs of the business
