We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our performance management, customer experience, IT and HR functions.  This is a brand new position and an exciting time for Impact Housing as we are at the beginning of our journey as a subsidiary organisation within The Riverside Group.
The Assistant Director will be responsible for implementing, managing and monitoring performance frameworks, ensuring that systems and processes are in place to focus on delivering a consistent and quality customer experience.  The postholder will also deputise and assist the Managing Director, being at the heart of setting, conveying and communicating the strategic priorities, alongside developing our integration priorities into the group structure. You’ll join Impact with a track record of planning and developing a strong corporate culture of continuous improvement, a focus on performance, great customer experience and robust corporate services that support our staff and customers.  In return you will work with great people, have the opportunity to shape our business, including a significant investment programme, and work with our Board and senior staff across the Group, who are at the forefront of shaping the future of our sector.
At Impact, we go that extra mile for our people; we offer a work environment which is stimulating, fast moving and supportive, giving you the chance to use your skills and develop new ones within a high profile Group. If you share our valued behaviours and are ready to be part of our exciting journey, please tell us what you can bring to Impact and what is great about you.
We value diversity and therefore welcome and encourage applications from all backgrounds.
We are willing to negotiate a relocation package for the right candidate.  Regular travel to our sites across Cumbria will be required along with occasional travel to Riverside offices in the Northwest.
For a confidential discussion please contact Bryonie Shaw, Managing Director on 01900 842132.
