About the Role:

 

As our Risk and Assurance Business Partner, you will manage our risk framework, internal audit programme and anti-corruption practices to ensure that business assurance is embedded and maintained within Alliance.

 

You will train, support and develop colleagues towards a strong risk awareness culture, and act as risk champion with colleagues, ensuring appropriate communication is developed to keep risk management relevant, proactive and successful within and across the business.

 

Making things happen, you’ll be the lead on the internal audit programme, developing and rolling out the annual plan and ensure the recommendations from any audit are implemented. You will also work towards embedding and maintaining the assurance framework.

 

About You:

 

You will have an IRM qualification (graduate member or studying) with experience of working in a complex organisation, with proven experience of offering specialist advice on risk management and assurance matters.

 

You will have strong negotiating and personal skills, with the ability to successfully influence others.
