Job Description

Reporting to, and working alongside the Head of Development and closely with the Director of Development, you will manage the New Business function to build a pipeline of secured land and opportunities to deliver a growing programme. It will be expected that good, close relationships with partners will be established and maintained whilst promoting a strong professional image of Trent & Dove's vision and values. You will equally develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal colleagues ensuring exception project delivery is achieved.

The Successful Applicant

You will possess a proven track record of identifying, securing and appraising development opportunities within a similar organisation in the sector. Using your market knowledge and network you will engage with key contacts including land owners, contractors and local authorities. You will excel at building relationships both externally and internally. You will possess a strong sense of social purpose and understanding of key issues surrounding social housing needs.
