Hours: 36.25 per week Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.15pm with one hour lunch

We have an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to join our leadership team in a brand new Director of Financial Management role, to provide high-quality services and assurances to our stakeholders and help us deliver our strategic objectives.

The Role:

Based in our Peterborough or Boston office, you will be part of our wider Leadership Team. As well as contributing to the leadership of the whole organisation, you will retain a specific focus on leading the organisation’s financial management activities, ensuring that we remain financially viable.

This new role represents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to build a team that will ensure the delivery and management of the Group’s core financial activities. You will lead on a series of key functions, including finance business partnering, financial accounts, management accounts and financial analysis.

The Director of Financial Management will also be responsible for procurement, ensuring that our resources go as far as possible and provide value for money.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional, with a background of working in a complex business environment, to join the Group’s finance team and be a part of the wider leadership team.  

You will possess a proven track record of managing key business risks, producing high quality financial reports and have experience of developing and implementing an effective system of internal controls.

If you have a degree level education (or equivalent relevant training experience), hold a relevant professional accountancy qualification, plus a demonstrable track record of success at senior manager level, then please get in touch.
