Site Manager
Location: Maidstone - Kent
Salary: £54,000 - £60,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 36.25 hours per week

Orbit is a fantastic business and one that's really going places. We have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to be part of our construction team building new homes on the Peters Village site in Kent. The site is a high profile development, consisting of a mixture of 40-50 town houses and three blocks of flats containing affordable, shared ownership and private homes.

As a Site Manager you will oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, supervising and coordinating sub-contractors. You will ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards as well as working closely with the Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

To be a strong applicant, we are looking for someone who ideally has a developer or trades background with at least five years site management experience in a house building setting. You'll possess a good commercial knowledge of construction and also be computer literate.

It is essential for you to have the following:

  • CSCS Managers Card - mandatory
  • CITB (SMSTS) Site Managers Safety Course
  • First Aid Training
