As Project Co-ordinator for Northampton Partnership Homes you will be actively involved in a range of exciting projects including minor and major works, neighbourhood regeneration and building new homes.  We are looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative and who wants to make a difference to people’s lives in Northampton.

This post reports to the Cyclical and Minor Works Team Leader and you will monitor and manage Northampton Partnership Homes contractors and stakeholders. Your role will be to ensure that construction projects are delivered to a consistently high standard of quality, within time and budget.

You should be able to demonstrate your organisational skills and your ability to deliver projects on time, to budget and to a high standard. You should ideally be from a Construction or Maintenance background but we would welcome applications from all disciplines.
