Housing Services Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housing professional to join us as a Housing Services Manager on a fixed term contract until the end of October 2019.
Managing a team, you'll be responsible for the direct delivery of tenancy services and the coordination of other housing services throughout the area. Acting as operational lead you'll oversee the delivery of high quality, efficient and compliant core landlord services.
As a member of the local operational management team, we'll look to you to actively contribute towards the formation and implementation of our strategic plans and objectives and support delivery of the regional operational plan.
Some of the key accountabilities include: -
- Lead on a strong and robust performance management culture and framework with high standards of services and effective control
- Enable innovation, working with the Head of Operations, through monitoring and reviewing all housing services to ensure they remain effective and responsive whilst meeting demands
- Pro-actively lead teams to deliver robust KPI's
- Maintaining and improving relations with key partner boroughs in the region
With your experience of team management you'll be an expert at motivating others and building relationships across the business. You'll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a proven ability in influencing and negotiating. You'll have a strong track record of delivering results along with extensive experience of housing management practice and housing legislation.
