This key support role will see you act as an ambassador for the Housing and Neighbourhoods team, providing professional and proactive support and assistance to the senior management team and the Director of Housing & Neighbourhoods. You will have exceptional organisational skill and manage the day-to-day administration for the team, coordinating events and communicating with stakeholders as well as writing reports and presentations. You will need to establish good relationships with customers and employees and to deliver to best results in a timely manner.
You will be a team player with a positive outlook that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be technically savvy, possess a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and have the communication skills it takes to influence and inform at all levels. You will be articulate with excellent attention to detail, flexible and solution focused, you’ll be discrete when dealing with confidential matters.
