Residents are able to enjoy homes that are self-contained with their own secure front doors for peace of mind, and can maintain their independence whilst living in the surrounding of a friendly and close-knit community. You will also be involved in the allocation stage and work to manage void loss, ensuring that old tenancies are ended effectively and that new tenancies begin efficiently.

The successful candidates will be experienced in social and affordable housing, and will have knowledge of intensive housing, the needs of older people and tenancy management.  It is important that you have strong communication skills that are adaptable dependent on audience and are able to manage complex customer issues.

If you are flexible and innovative in your approach to service delivery, we would love to hear from you!

Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential and you will be required to have an enhanced DBS check.

In return we can offer a competitive salary, car allowance, 28 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing with service, contributory pension, free life assurance, free private medical cover, cycle to work scheme, lifestyle rewards and employee assistance programme.
