Property Maintenance Team Leader
As Property Maintenance Team Leader you will guide, direct and actively line manage the work and productivity of front-line trade team members, ensuring tenant repairs and empty property works are delivered to the approved standards within set timescales. You will ensure efficient and effective use of all the resources available to the team. This role requires a “hands-on” approach to include site visits and visible leadership.
The role also includes a requirement to be on a rota with the other Team Leaders for the provision of an out of hours call out service, managing emergency repairs and unsafe situations that may arise, ensuring adequate Health & Safety precautions are implemented and adhered to, for the safety of our employees, tenants, and the properties we manage.
We are looking for someone who is has excellent communication skills, the ability to lead a team, is proactive, works collaboratively and who wants to make a difference to people’s lives in Northampton.
