We’ve just received London’s fifth biggest grant allocation. As a Commercial Officer, you’ll help support a £200m building programme delivering over 800 new council homes.
In this crucial role, you’ll work to tight timescales while holding us to high standards. It’s all about managing the capital budget (of over 200m), and ensuring we deliver our services in the best way possible. With a collaborative ethos, you’ll actively engage with all internal and external stakeholders and foster effective relationships. A credible individual, you’ll enjoy being involved with external organisations such as the GLA in addition to internal colleagues in Finance, Planning and Property.
Degree-educated, you’ll have a strong understanding of budgets and setting targets. To join, you’ll need a background in a complex organisation, where you’ve put practical, but innovative approaches in place. Plus, you’ll confidently monitor performance and analyse data. And with strong interpersonal skills, you’ll negotiate effectively and inspire those around you to do their very best.
